Yankee Chili

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef

2 tsp. of garlic salt

2 cans of tomato soup

2 cans of kidney beans, undrained

3 tsp. of chili powder

1 cup of chopped onion

1 soup can of condensed beef broth

1 soup can of water

3 cups of cooked elbow macaroni

2 tsp. of vinegar

Let’s Cook!

In a large pan, brown beef and cook with onion and garlic salt until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes. Stir periodically.

Enjoy – makes about 12 cups.
