Walnut Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

(1) pie crust

(1) 15-oz. can of pumpkin pie mix

(1) can of Eagle brand milk

(1) egg

3/4 tsp. of cinnamon

1/2 tsp. of each (ginger/nutmeg/salt)

Combine all ingredients and put in pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350.

Then, mix together:

1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tbls. of flour, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, 2 tbls. of cold butter. Stir in 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts.

Sprinkle evenly over the pie.

Return to the oven and continue to bake 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
