Ingredients
1 cup of biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup of milk, divided
1/3 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cup of hot fudge topping, divided
3/4 cup of coffee or hot water
whipped cream (optional)
Let’s Cook!
Preheat over to 350. Grease 8″ square baking pan. Combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl. Beat in 1/2 cup of milk, butter, 1/4 cup of hot fudge topping and vanilla until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Combine remaining 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of hot fudge topping and coffee or hot water in small bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour over batter in pan (do not stir) Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over top. Bake 45-50 minutes or until set. Let stand on wire rack for 15 minutes. Spoon pudding cake into dessert dishes. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
