1 3/4 cups of sugar
2 cups of butter (soft)
1 tsp. of lemon extract
2 eggs
1 cup of cream (heavy whipping)
1/4 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of soda
4 1/2 to 5 cups of flour
*Mix butter, sugar, eggs and add the cream and mix. Add flour.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Roll out thin and cut with your favorite cookie cutters. Cool. Frost as you like.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
