Rolled Up Roast Beef

Prepare:

  • pre-cooked sliced roast beef (you determine how much)
  • carrots – sliced
  • pickles – sliced
  • onions – sliced
  • yellow mustard
  • Jar of Brown Gravy
  • Thin String

Take a piece of sliced roast beef. Put sliced carrots, pickles and onions on roast beef and add some yellow mustard – roll up the roast beef and tie with a string. Place your roll ups in a crock pot and add your jar of brown gravy. Cook on low for 6 hours or until veggies are soft.

*You may have to add more gravy depending on how much beef and veggies are used.
