Ingredients
3 1/2 cups of chopped rhubarb
2 tbls. of corn starch
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
2 tbls. of strawberry jello
**Crust**
- 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp. of soda
Mix together and press 3/4 of it in a 9×13 pan.
Cook the above ingredients. Put on top of crust and cover with remaining 1/4 of crust mixture as crumbs
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
