Mix yellow or white cake mix – follow directions on box.
Add 6 cups of diced rhubarb. Pour into a 9×13 pan. Pour 1 can of Eagle Brand condensed milk over top. Cut in with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
