Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of butter – cold and cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup of sugar
Mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter until resembles course crumbs. Press into 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- 5 cups of diced rhubarb
- 7 tbsp. of flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
Combine sugar and flour. Add cream and eggs. Then, add the rhubarb.
Pour over the hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
