Rhubarb Cake Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cup of butter

2 cups of flour and 2 tbls. of sugar

*Mix and pat in 9×13 pan…bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

*Mix together:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 5 cups of chopped Rhubarb and 4 tbls. of flour

Pour on top of baked crust and bake 40-45 minutes

*Topping: beat 6 egg whites ’til stiff

Add 12 tbls. of sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla

Put on top of dessert and bake ’til brown…ENJOY!
