Rhubarb Cake

3/4 cup of sugar

3/4 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of butter

1 egg

1 cup of sour milk

1 tsp. of soda, 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp. of vanilla, pinch of salt

3-4 cups of cut up rhubarb

sugar cinnamon for sprinkling on top

*Cream together the first (4) ingredients. Mix the baking soda with the sour milk and then add the flour, vanilla and salt.

Fold in the rhubarb and put in a 9×13 greased pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
