Ingredients
Cream
- 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
- 2/3 cup of oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
- 1 tsp. each of soda and salt
Add:
- 2 1/2 cups of flour – then, alternately add 1 cup of sour milk to creamed mixture.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cup of finely chopped rhubarb and 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
*Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with a sugar & cinnamon mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
