Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
Mix and pat in a 9×13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Filling:
- beat 4 eggs
- add 2 cups of sugar
- 3/4 tsp of salt
- 4 cups of chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 cup of flour
Pour over crust and bake for 45 minutes!
