Rhubarb Bars

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 3/4 cup of powdered sugar

Mix and pat in a 9×13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

 

Filling:

  • beat 4 eggs
  • add 2 cups of sugar
  • 3/4 tsp of salt
  • 4 cups of chopped rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup of flour

Pour over crust and bake for 45 minutes!
