Rhubarb Bars

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

1 egg

1/3 cup of margarine or shortening

*Mix and press in 9×13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle on top 3-4 cups chopped rhubarb, 2/3 cup flaked coconut. Drizzle on top one can of sweetened condensed milk. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves “a bunch”.
