Ingredients
3 lbs. of Kielbasa Sausage
2 tbls. of butter
(4) 14-oz. cans of beef broth
32 oz. of sauerkraut drained and rinsed
16-20 tiny potatoes, unpeeled and cut in half
2 tsp. of caraway seeds
*Cut sausage in 2-inch pieces and brown in the butter. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Cook ’til potatoes are done.
