Pumpkin Bars

Crust

1 cup of flour

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of quick oats

1/2 cup of butter

*Press into greased pan. Place in oven for a few minutes to set.

Filling

1 lb. of pumpkin

13 1/2 oz. can of evaporated milk

2 eggs, slightly beaten

3/4 cup of sugar

1/2 tsp. of ginger

1/2 tsp. of cloves

1 tsp. of cinnamon

*Mix together and pour over the crust.

Topping (sprinkle on top)

1 cup of nuts

2 tbsp. of butter (sprinkle on top)

1/2 cup of brown sugar

*Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.
