Potato Casserole

Ingredients
20 oz. hash browns

6 oz. of cooked ham (cubed)

10 oz. of frozen spinach (thawed and well drained)

1 can of cream of celery soup

1 cup of sour cream

1/8 tsp. of nutmeg

(1) 8 oz. pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese

 

Let’s Cook!

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except pototoes and ham, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese for the topping. Heat well on stovetop. Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture. Place in greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 45-50 minutes.
