Pineapple Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

2 cups of crushed pretzels

1/2 cup of sugar

1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)

 

*Melt butter in a 9×13 pan. Mix in sugar and crushed pretzels. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, stir, shut off the oven and let cool down.

 

(1) 8 oz. cream cheese, whipped

1/2 cup of sugar

20 oz. of crushed pineapple, drained well

(1) 8 oz. cool whip

 

*Stir together cream cheese and sugar, fold in pineapple and then whipped cream. Just before serving add pretzels (otherwise they get soggy)
