Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients

  • 36 Hershey’s kisses
  • 1 tbsp. of water
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pouch of Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove chocolate from wrapper.
  2. Stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg in a medium bowl until soft dough forms.
  3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
  4. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool and enjoy!
