Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1 small onion
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. of flour
salt
pepper
oil
Let’s Cook!
Peel the potatoes. Place in cold water and refrigerate 2 hours. Grate potatoes and onions. Add the next four ingredients; mix well. Heat oil in skillet until hot. Drop mixture by tbsp and brown well on both sides until lacy and crisp. Serves 4.
