My Mom’s Butterscotch Dessert

3 cups of Graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup of butter, melted

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 small container Cool Whip – divided

3 cups of milk

1 large box of butterscotch or chocolate pudding

*Mix cracker and butter and spread into 9×13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip; spread over crust. Mix milk and pudding together and spread over Cool Whip mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts or some of the crumbs from crust. Keep in refrigerator.
