With a larger roaster, fill with sweet corn. Add:
- 1 pint of half & half
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tbls. of salt
Bake one-hour at 350 degrees. Stir once or twice.
Cool and put in containers or freezer bags – make sure its completely cooled.
