Mom’s Corn Recipe

*From Diane’s mom*

With a larger roaster, fill with sweet corn. Add:

  • 1 pint of half & half
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbls. of salt

Bake one-hour at 350 degrees. Stir once or twice.

Cool and put in containers or freezer bags – make sure its completely cooled.
