Pack jars with:
- pickles
- 1 clove of garlic
- dill (or you can add green or red pepper/onion/etc.)
- 1 tbls. of canning salt
- 3/4 tbls. of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
Add very hot hard water to the brim. Cover with saran wrap. Cook on high ’til bubbles come up the side of the jar (6-10 minutes) Meanwhile, have lids & rings in boiling water. Put on jar right away. Soon they will pop. Don’t do more than 2 or 3 at a time.
