Lemon Coconut Cake

Ingredients

Mix together:

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice

Add (1) 8 oz. container of Cool Whip to the lemon mixture.

Bake and cool and angel food cake. Break up 1/2 of this and put on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Pour 1/2 of lemon mixture over broken cake pieces. Take other 1/2 of cake and do the same. Pour remaining lemon mixture on top. Over the top sprinkle coconut as much as you like. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
