Impossible Pumpkin Pie


3/4 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of Bisquit mix

2 tbsp. of butter

1 can (13 oz.) of evaporated milk

2 eggs

1 can of pumpkin – canned or 2 cups of fresh or frozen pumpkin

2 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pre-spice

2 tsp. of vanilla

*Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 or 10 inch pie tin. Bake for 50-55 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Bake  until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

*It makes its own crust!
