Ingredients
6 cups of peeled and sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. of nutmeg
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of bisquick mix
3/4 cup of milk
2 eggs
2 tbls. of butter
*Mix apples with spices and put in a pie pan. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over apples.
Streusel Topping – Mix:
- 1 cup of bisquick
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 3 tbls. of butter
Put on top of pie. Oven bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes or test with a knife in the center.
