8 cups of turkey or chicken (cooked and cut-up)
1 cup of turkey or chicken broth
1 cup of velveeta, sliced
1 – 15oz. can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Celery and onion to taste – chopped and sauteed in butter.
Mix all together and heat through. Serve on buns.
Fills 20-28 buns.
