Holiday Roast Beef

Ingredients

5 lb. Beef Roast

*Bake at 350 degrees for 1-hour, then slice the roast

*Mix the following together:

  • 3 cans of onion soup
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 shot of whiskey

Pour over the sliced roast and bake for 4 hours in a 300 degree oven.
