Holiday Beef

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. of beef roast
  • 3 cans of onion soup
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 shot of whiskey

Let’s Cook – – Roast in oven for 1-hour at 350 degrees. Slice. Pour soup, beer and whiskey over beef and put in oven at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
