Ingredients
Butter both sides of a slice of bread. Cut out the center of bread with a cookie cutter or donut cutter. Fry bread a little – then put egg in center. Fry it, add salt & pepper, then flip to the other side. You can put a slice of cheese on it if you wish. Enjoy!
