Herbed Apricots & Carrots

8 sliced carrots

9 dried sliced apricots

1 tbls. of butter

1 tbls. of brown sugar

1 tbls. of fresh dill or 1 tsp. of dill week

1/2 tsp. of crushed fennel seed

1/8 tsp. of ground mustard

Cover carrots and apricots with water. Boil until carrots are tender (about 8 minutes)

Drain and add remaining ingredients. Stir until butter is melted. Serve.
