Hamburger Soup

(1) lb. of ground beef

1 envelope of onion soup mix

1 envelope of dry Italian seasoning mix

1/4 tsp. of pepper

3 cups of boiling water

1 can of 8 oz. diced tomatos, undrained

1 can of 8 oz. tomato sauce

1 tbsp. of soy sauce

1 cup of diced celery

1 cup of carrots, sliced

2 cups of cooked macaroni

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley

 

Brown beef in medium skillet, drain, add beef to slow cooker. Add soup mix, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, pepper. Stir in water, tomatos with juice. Tomato sauce and soy sauce. Add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Increase heat to high. Stir in cooked macaroni, Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
