Hamburger & Potatoes Casserole


4-5 potatoes (peeled & sliced)

1 small onion (chopped)

1 lb. of hamburger (not browned)

1 can of vegetable soup

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Salt & Pepper


Place potatoes in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle onions over potatoes. Crumble raw hamburger over onions. Pour soups on top – vegetable soup first – then cream of mushroom soup. Don’t stir. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
