Brown 1-lb. of hamburger and drain. Put into a 8×8 glass pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add layer of 3/4 cup of shredded carrots (raw). Add layer of 3/4 cup of shredded raw cabbage. Add layer of 3/4 cup of shredded raw potatoes. Pour 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup over everything. Mix with 1/4 cup of water or milk. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 – 1 hour.
