2 cups of flour
4 tsp. of baking powder
2 tbsp. of sugar
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 3/4 cups of whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
*Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Set aside. Combine milk and eggs. Add to flour mixture and blend. Stir in 2 tbsp. of melted butter. Batter should be very thin, some more milk can be added. Fry in a hot skillet.
