Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

2 cups of sugar

1 1/2 cups of butter

2 eggs (beaten)

8 tbsp. of molasses

2 tsp. of salt

4 tsp. of baking soda

4 cups of flour

2 tsp. of ginger

2 tsp. of cinnamon

1 tsp. of cloves

*Cream together the sugar and butter. Add in eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
