German Nachos


1 bag of Kettle potato chips

1 lb. of Swiss cheese, shredded and divided

1 lb. of sauerkraut, drained

1 lb. of corned beef, cut up into small pieces

3/4 cup of Thousand Island dressing

creamy horseradish to taste


Let’s Cook!

Spread chips on a cookie sheet. Take sauerkraut and saute to remove all the juice. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over chips, top with sauerkraut, then chopped beef, pour dressing & horseradish sauce, that have been mixed together, over beef. Then top with rest of the cheese. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted.
