Hanna has struggled with heart issues since birth. On June 12, 2017 she received a wonderful gift of life, a heart transplant at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. After more than 2 months in Rochester, Hanna will be returning home soon from Ronald McDonald House where she has been doing her recovery. Please join in supporting Hanna and her family.
