Egg Sausage Bake

12 oz. pork sausage

6 eggs

1 cup of milk

1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

2 slices of bread, broken up

1 tsp. of dry mustard

*Fry sausage; crumble and drain. Beat together eggs and milk. Add mustard. Layer bread, cheese, sausage and egg mixture in a 9 inch square pan. (Recipe may be doubled for a 9×13 inch pan) Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
