- Mix yellow or white cake mix according to directions
- Add 6 cups of diced rhubarb
- Add 1/2 cup of nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- Pour in a 9×13 pan
- Pour 1 can of Eagle brand milk over the top of the cake mix (cut in with a knife)
- Mix 1/3 cup of sugar
- Add cinnamon & nutmeg – pour over the top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
