Deluxe Rhubarb Dessert

  • Mix yellow or white cake mix according to directions
  • Add 6 cups of diced rhubarb
  • Add 1/2 cup of nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • Pour in a 9×13 pan
  • Pour 1 can of Eagle brand milk over the top of the cake mix (cut in with a knife)
  • Mix 1/3 cup of sugar
  • Add cinnamon & nutmeg – pour over the top
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
