Spray a 9×13 cake pan with non-stick spray. Cut up 5 cups of rhubarb and add to the pan. Add 1/2 cup of sugar – sprinkle it on top of the rhubarb. Add 1/2 box of strawberry Jello – sprinkled on top of sugar. Add 3 cups of miniature marshmallows. Make a cake according to the directions on the package – can be white or yellow.
