6 large frozen caramel rolls
1 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
nuts (optional)
*In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar; add ice cream and stir until melted together. Spray bottom of a 9×13 pan; pour caramel sauce into pan and add nuts if desired. Arrange frozen rolls on top. Run a clean dish towel under hot water, wring out and place damp, warm towel over the top of the pan. Let rolls rise 4-5 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
