Ingredients
4 cups of golden graham cereal – crushed
1 cup of flaked coconut
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of honey
1 quart of softened vanilla ice cream
*Mix crushed cereal, coconut, walnuts, butter and honey. Press 2/3 of mixture in an ungreased 9×9 pan. Put ice cream over the cereal. Press it down to make it even. Sprinkle remaining cereal mixture over the top. Freeze until firm…at least 12 hours.
