Ingredients
(1) 3 oz. package of vanilla cooked pudding
(1) 15 1/2 oz. can of chunky pineapple (in own juice)
(1) 10 oz. can of mandarin oranges
Drain fruits and save juice from both to make 1 cup of juice. If needed, add water to make 1 cup.
Add juice to pudding mix and cook ’til thickened. Cool.
Add pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges.
Chill. Just before serving, add 2 sliced bananas and 1/4 cup of maraschino cherries, sliced in half.
Fold in gently and serve.
