Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup of sugar
4 tbls. of cocoa
1 tsp. of vanilla
1/2 cup of sour milk
1/2 tsp. of baking powder / 1 tsp. of soda / 1/2 tsp. of salt / 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups of flour and 2 cups of shredded zucchini
*Mix together and pour in 9×13 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
*Topping: 1/2 cup of coconut, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of nuts
