Chocolate Cherry Tea Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup of butter

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

2 1/4 cups of flour

2 tbsp. of cherry juice (from a jar of cherries)

1 cup of chopped pecans

 

Mix together. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately place a 1/2 piece of a Hershey chocolate

bar on top of each cookie. Put back in oven for 1 minute. Remove from oven

and put 1/2 of cherry on each cookie. Done!
