Ingredients
(2) 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese – softened
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices of cooked chopped bacon (you may use a bag of pre-cooked bacon)
3 tbls. of dry ranch dressing and seasoning mix
fresh chopped chives
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. of onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
(5) 8-inch tortilla shells
Beat all the ingredients together with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Divide among the shells and spread evenly. Roll up tightly. Cut into 1/2 inch slices after they have chilled.
