Carrot Cake

2 cups of sugar

3 large eggs

2 tsp. of cinnamon

1 tsp. of soda

1 1/2 cup of oil

2 cups of flour

1 tsp. of salt

3 cups of grated carrots

*Bake at 350 degrees for 1-hour

Combine 13 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, 4 tbls. of margarine, 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Blend well. Put on cake.
