Butternut Crunch

2 cups of butterscotch chips

5 oz. of canned chow mein noodles

In a saucepan, melt butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring frequently. When completely melted, remove from heat and stir in noodles until they are evenly coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to set up for 20-25 minutes, then peel from waxed paper. Store in air tight container.
