Breakfast Hash Browns

(1) 2-lb. pack of frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

4 cups of chopped ham

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

12 eggs

2 cups of milk

*Spray a 9×13 pan. Line with hash browns. Put ham on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs and milk together and beat well. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
