Ingredients
1 cup of flour
6 tbsp. of sugar
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
3 tbsp. of oil
2 tbsp. of milk
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
*In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
